Welcome to my blog. I'm Louisa and I've been working as an EFL teacher for a number of years. I recently completed a postgraduate course in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language at the University of Murcia and I am currently putting the finishing touches to the final project, which involves putting together an online Spanish-teaching website. I've attended a number of courses on online language teaching at the Universities of Murcia and Navarra, as well as with the Instituto Cervantes. I am collecting material that is already available on the web, putting it together to create a Spanish teaching version of the webpage "AUDIOVISUAL" that already exists through the University of Murcia for English teaching and learning online. I'm excited about the endless possibilities the web offers in this field, and I am looking forward to "getting up and running" and tutoring online.
The title of my blog is "A well-spent day..." and it comes from Leonardo Da Vinci who once said: "As a well-spent day brings happy sleep, so life well used brings happy death." So here's hoping we have many well-spent days!
